Exceptional stay at Bookmark Resort, Manali We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bookmark Resort, Manali. From the very beginning, the staff stood out with their warmth and professionalism. They proactively called us to guide us to the hotel, and throughout our stay every staff member was just one call away, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect close to Mall Road and ideal for exploring Old Manali. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an extra day. Our room had a beautiful balcony offering breathtaking valley views, with snow-covered mountains visible in the distance. Waking up to that view was truly special. The Christmas décor added a magical touch to the property, with carols playing and creating a cozy, festive vibe. The glass-walled sit-out area was charming and perfect for relaxing, and the gaming section was a great addition as well. Overall, everything from the service and location to the ambience and views exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Bookmark Resort to anyone planning a trip to Manali. We will definitely choose this place again in the future
