Manado City Centre beach accommodation

Everything was perfect. Would stay again when visit Manado.

It was unpleasant experienced. We ordered with reasonable price that the only two stars I can give. The other was bad experiences, started with the not working AC, not clean pillows up to bad smell bed cover. We need to requested to move the room. They need to increase their quality control

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Lagoon Hotel. The check-in was easy. I asked for a room on a high floor and I got it. I thought the staff at the hotel was attentive. There are two downsides to the hotel. There are only two elevators for a 12-story hotel. The elevators are slow. There are no clear signs pointing to the stairs. The other thing lacking is good lighting in the rooms. The room is dim. The bathroom mirror lighting is dim and very hard to get a good shave. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again. The views from the room are worth it.

Room is clean, breakfast is OK. Good restaurants and supermarket around.

It's quite a nice hotel compared to hotels in Indonesia in general, no doubt about it. Many westerners might find it less nice than what they prefer or are used to, but it is indeed one of the best hotels in the city, and considering the relatively low per-night price, it was quite comfortable.

Our family had stayed here many times. The best customer service. Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.
