Villa Lorenzo by PriorityVillas (tourism licence ETV/2400) is an exclusive family retreat that combines spaciousness, privacy and a privileged location in the heart of Mallorca's east coast.



The spacious outdoor area invites you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate, with a large swimming pool equipped with comfortable circular steps and a practical outdoor shower. Around the pool are elegant white resin sun loungers, whilst the youngest guests have a pleasant children's area on the lawn.



The covered terrace offers a spacious environment for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals, complemented by a complete barbecue area with pleasant dining spaces both indoors and outdoors.



The interior of the villa stands out for its luminosity and open design. The main floor features a spacious integrated living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom. On the upper floor there are four additional bedrooms: three of them have double beds, two have en-suite bathrooms and the third has access to an independent bathroom located in the hallway.



Likewise, the villa offers a children's bedroom with four single beds and a private bathroom, as well as a cosy work space ideal for studying or working from home. Some bedrooms have access to a sunny balcony with impressive views of the Majorcan landscape.



For families with small children, cots and high chairs are available upon request.



Villa Lorenzo by PriorityVillas is located in a quiet area between Manacor and the charming port of Porto Cristo. Both localities are easily accessible by car and offer supermarkets, restaurants, shops and pleasant walks.



Just 10 minutes' drive away are the famous Coves of Mallorca, where you can choose between urban beaches and natural coves with crystal-clear waters, such as the spectacular Cala Varques.



The villa is also situated very close to the prestigious Rafa Nadal Academy and the Rafa Nadal Museum, a must-visit for sports enthusiasts and tennis history lovers. Furthermore, the centre of Manacor offers a varied gastronomic, cultural and commercial offering that completes an authentic Majorcan experience.

This property is located in a residential area, so only responsible families or groups seeking peace and quiet are accepted. Reservations will not be accepted for groups of young people (under 25 years old) or stag/hen party celebrations.
