Nice holiday home with private pool

This beautiful country estate is in a wonderfully quiet location near the city of Manacor, the second Majorca's largest city on the east coast. With a living area of about 115 m², the house offers a total of three double rooms with air conditioning (1 double bed, 2 single beds each) and two bathrooms with shower, so there is enough space for up to 6 people. The living room is equipped with WiFi Internet, satellite TV satellite, an adjacent dining table and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor. To the third Bedroom is accessed via an external staircase to the upper floor, which has its own bathroom with shower. From the property's entrance, there are four steps that go down to the beautiful garden with covered barbecue and dining table. The surroundings of the farm offer a lot of peace and tranquility to relax and in the closest town of Manacor and its surroundings there are a large selection of very good restaurants, golf courses, various shops and supermarkets. The most beaches nearby are the popular Mallorca coves in and around Porto Cristo, and Sa Coma and Cala Millor are also just 10-15 minutes by car. Here you reach the highlight of the Finca, the adjacent terrace with a covered seating area made of benches wood, lots of umbrellas, corner sofas and, of course, sun loungers. The private swimming pool of 9 m x 4.5 m (depth 0.90 m x 1.90 m) invites you to cool off and, behind the pool terrace, there is a hammock between the trees to relax in the shadow. Next to the terrace there is also a guest toilet with sink and two outdoor showers.
