Good: the condo is close to the slope and essentially ski-in/ski-out. You will need to walk up a small hill both going to and returning from the slopes. Kitchen is adequately supplied. BAD: We ski twice a year and have stayed in many condos both newer and older, but this was the worst we've rented. The unit needs significant updating and better maintenance. 1. The windows facing the mountains were either dirty or had broken seals. 2. The house was extremely dusty. Dust was visible when lifting the bedspreads (YUK), and it had accumulated on the kitchen cabinets, appliances and furniture. 3. The floors throughout the house were not clean. When I wiped the floor in my bedroom with a wet rag after dropping something, the rag was filthy. I tested a few other areas and got the same results. A thorough cleaning of the floors is needed. 4. The instruction sheet mentions spotty internet due to the remote location, but that seems like an excuse. There is no Roku or streaming device, though we were able to connect a laptop and stream YouTube TV without a problem. 5. Several appliances also need attention. The oven window was dirty, the dishwasher only works if dishes are basically cleaned first and it has a lot of visible scale buildup, and the dryer will not dry a normal load of towels. 6. The bench at the entry is broken and will flip if you sit on the edge and the sectional coach pulls apart when sitting. 7. Bunk beds are hard as a rock and squeak when turning over.
