The living room offers a cozy and comfortable setting where you can enjoy
evenings around the gas fireplace, or all gather on the large sectional to
watch a movie or the game on the large flatscreen smart TV with Cable and
streaming. Cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel
appliances, and enjoy family gatherings at the dining area that seats 6, with
additional bar seating at the open plan kitchen breakfast bar. The open plan
offers a nice flow for everyone to spread out but enjoy time together. The
private balcony provides natural light, and a private gas BBQ grill. This unit
features all of the comforts of home with a side by side laundry washer and
dryer. You have two master suites on the first level, the primary featuring a
King bed with full en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second guest
bedroom features a Queen size bed, with another full bathroom in the hall with
tub/shower combo. The upstairs open loft has two twin size beds plus a day bed
with trundle, for a total of 4 twin beds. This is the perfect space for the
kids to hang out with a 50" flatscreen TV with streaming, versatile sleeping
options, and also features the third full bathroom with walk-in shower. The
