NO PETS ALLOWED & NO MOUNTAIN BIKES. Recently Up-graded with a beautiful Remodel! New paint throughout, new carpet, new flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. New granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Up-graded living room, kitchen and dining room lighting with recessed lighting, new window coverings throughout the condo. This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

The living room is equipped with new couches, a new flat screen TV, with DVD player and sound bar. The kitchen is stocked with all your basic cooking needs and a gas stove! This condo is on the 2nd floor

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom is now equipped with a ceiling fan, new flat screen smart TV with a king size bed. The loft area has queen bed plus a set of twin bunk beds all with new bedding.

This condo offers beautiful art decor and the feeling of a home away from home.

Maximum Occupancy: This condo accommodates up to six people. No Sleeper sofa in living room. Once again, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and NO MOUNTAIN BIKES. This is Strictly enforced. Violators will be liable for any and all damages/cleaning charges.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Cute condo, perfect location

This cute and clean condo has everything you can wish for. Cozy living room/dining area with a gas open-fire place, fully equipped kitchen, two roomy bedrooms upstairs and one large and a small bath. Being the corner condo gives privacy and great views. Having a garage is so helpful in snowy conditions. The only drawback was the thin walls which kept us awake a few nights, however we would still stay here again.

Solid location, and good value. 70s style property.

Pros: Good location 8 min walk to canyon lodge. Garage cover parking is nice. Good value. Cons: Place was clean, but needs an updating. limited extra blankets (brrre) and heating system was confusing.

COVID Getaway

Place was great. My 5 year old called it the cozy condo, and it was. Perfect for my family. The only bummer was the fireplace wasn’t working, and then on our last night the wall heater, stopped working as well. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and good location

Place was very clean with comfortable beds. Location was great. Very close to the Canyon Lodge. We did have an issue with the has fire place..finally got it working on the 3rd night but started to make noise. We also could.not get the bedroom's heater to work but since the heat was strong down stairs, there was enough heat that traveled up. Other than these couple issues, it was a nice place with a nice view.

Cute, Quiet and Cozy

We had an amazing time at the property. It was our first time visiting Mammoth Lakes and the property was just as advertised. The location was also ideal. We didn’t ski, but did enjoy the Woolly Tubing park and it was only about a 5-7 minute drive. I highly recommend.
