The Space:
Upstairs offers a modern kitchen with island bench, two bedrooms with ceiling fans and shutters, a stylish bathroom, and internal garage access.

Downstairs, the master suite features a king bed, ensuite, and spa bath, alongside a rumpus room, kitchenette, study nook, and a second deck. Extra sleeping is provided with a double and single sofa bed.

From the back gate, stroll directly to beautiful Garden Bay for swimming, fishing, or a coastal walk.
