The cafe/ rooftop restaurant has not been completed therefore it's not in operation at the time of our stay. The view of the Bay Area is pretty good from the 22nd floor where we stayed. ..."

"The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel. Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them). Bathroom needs upgrade. The only good thing about this property is the location."
