Beautifully renovated, over 100 year old stone house in the north of the island KRK, part of Malinska.
New in rental since 2018.
The house has been restored and furnished to a high standard.
Overall, it is a main building and an attached apartment.
THE OFFER HERE IS ONLY APARTMENT
Prices include: bed linen / towels / final cleaning.
Plus tourist tax (tourist tax approx. 1 euro per person per day).
Pets are allowed and will be charged at EUR 5 per day.
At check-in you pay a deposit of 200 euros the pet (if available) and the tourist tax directly to our service.
FURNISHING:
1 room, double bed (German standard) 140x200cm, + sofa bed 130x190cm (if the sofa bed is pulled out, the accessibility of the apartment is limited), fully equipped kitchen with microwave with drill function. Generous bathroom with bathtub. 1 x air conditioning. Terrace with seating, grill.
The main building belongs to the apartment offered here. This is rented separately. So it may be that guests are also in the main house during their vacation. If this is not what you want, you can also rent the entire villa, including the main house. The terraces of the main house and apartment can be separated by a textile partition.
2 bicycles are at your disposal (together with the main house).
Small garden for common use (together with the main house, if booked).
Short distances to all important goals:
2.5 km city, port and city beaches
2 km supermarkets / petrol station
4 km of lonely (relatively lonely in the high season) bays
5 km to one of the oldest oak trees in Europe (approx. 400 years old)
