We stayed one night while visiting Malinalco and Chalma and it was just right for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Area was quiet as it was away from the center of town. One thing to be aware of is that you have a bit of an uphill walk from the center of town to the hotel. Would stay here again!

Buena alternativa

El hotel es excelente, muy limpio, bien atendido. Personal atento. Recomendable para estadías cortas, pues está bastante alejado de los lugares principales. Es muy tranquilo, aunque deberían instalar ventanas aislantes, sobre todo por constantes ladridos de perros en las noches. Desayuno está bien, perono es muy variado.

Aunque es un hotel Low Budget, la limpieza y ambientación dejan mucho que desear. No hay teléfono ni wifi, una decepción. Lo único rescatable la gente del lobby durante el día, muy amables.

Los cuartos no están bonitos. Se ven mucho mejor en las fotos que en la realidad.Están limpios y recién pintados, pero están muy, muy, muy austeros, con acabados pobres en pisos y paredes

Gem in the heart of Malinalco!

OYO Hotel Marmil was a really wonderful place to stay in Malinalco! The room was great, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were even more comfortable! The small balcony was a breath of fresh air. The pool was also relaxing and the shower worked well!

Clean and comfortable

I’ve brought large groups of students to this hotel maybe 10 times over the years, and always loved it. It is clean, comfortable, quaint, and very affordable. The attached restaurant has a huge excellent breakfast for only $120 pesos. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well.

Decent well located

It is very well located , close to the city center. The room was spacious and for the kids it had a small elevated loft that they enjoyed. On the downside, on the roof where the kids were sleeping you could see many big ants coming and going which was a little scary

No funciona su sistema de cable de televisión, mw cambiaron 2 veces el aparato y no funcionó, el desayuno lo tienen diferenciado supongo que a la aplicación que contrata el servicio del Hotel, para darte el desayuno completo te cobran diferencia.

La estancia estuvo super linda, tranquila, pusimos música y al parecer no se escuchaba en las otras habitaciones (tampoco la pusimos tan alto). Lo que más me gustó fue el baño, los jaboncitos eran de ingredientes naturales y el balcón con vista a la montaña. Lo único malo fue que tardaron un poco en identificar que hicimos la reservación en expedia de último momento pero nos trataron super bien. Muchas gracias, 100% recomendado.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones, aunque sin bote de basura más que en el baño y el control de la tv no funcionaba. El personal del hotel y del restaurante muy atentos y serviciales.
