This spectacular 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse is located on the eighth and top floor of a building in the historic Echeverría del Palo neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
Upon entering the apartment, we are greeted by the living room, which is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, Smart TV, and an auxiliary table. At the back of the living room, there is a small office area with a desk. From the living room, we can access the spectacular terrace through large glass doors, which bring plenty of natural light into the apartment. The terrace wraps around almost the entire apartment and features a seating area, sun loungers, and a dining table, making it perfect for enjoying the amazing Málaga climate. From the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, the neighborhood, and the Montes de Málaga in the distance.
Back in the living room, we find the dining area, which also has direct access to the terrace. Next to the dining area is the kitchen, which is open to the living room but separated by a wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay.
Next to the kitchen is a hallway that leads to the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is exterior and features a double bed (1.35 x 2 m), built-in wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. Directly opposite is the master bedroom, which includes a double bed (1.50 x 2 m), built-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the terrace.
At the end of the hallway is the third bedroom, which has two single beds (0.90 x 2 m). This room is also exterior and features a built-in wardrobe. Next to it is the second full bathroom with a shower.
The building has an elevator up to the seventh floor, so the final floor must be accessed by stairs. Additionally, the apartment includes a private parking space within the building for guests’ use.
The area surrounding the apartment is lively, with numerous bars, supermarkets, and small local shops. The promenade is just a few minutes’ walk away, where you can enjoy the best Málaga gastronomy, including the famous "pescaito frito" and sardine espetos, recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. The area is very peaceful and retains much of Málaga’s traditional essence, with the local fishermen still inhabiting the area.
