Located in the center, in a building from 1910, an example of popular Malagan architecture. It features beautiful wooden ceilings. Being interior, it is very quiet, free from the noise of the city's bustling center. Fully equipped. It has free WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning/heating in the living room, and all amenities.



–CHARACTERISTICS:

It has a beautiful living room with wooden ceilings, equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning (cold/heat), and a small kitchen. The bedroom has a small en-suite bathroom. From the living room, stairs lead to the large terrace, ideal for dining and enjoying the sun and views of the residential surroundings in the center. It is on the third floor of a 1910 building, so it does not have an elevator.



–SERVICES:

The small kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything necessary for cooking.

The apartment has free WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for our guests: air conditioning/heating, Smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, iron, etc.



–HISTORIC CENTER:

Exceptionally located in the historic center, just a three-minute walk from the iconic Plaza de Uncibay, around which is the most popular area for restaurants and tapas. The Picasso Museum Málaga is just a five-minute walk away, as is the famous Plaza de la Merced, where Picasso's birthplace is located. Nearby you can find all kinds of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.



–HOW TO MOVE:

The attic is a step away from all the monuments, museums, and most popular places in the historic center of Málaga. It is very easy to get there from the airport by public transport and from the central bus and train stations.



–IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the EcoFriendly certification requirements of Olédays.

IMPORTANT: It does not have an elevator. The apartment is in a 1910 building, an example of popular architecture in the center of Málaga, on the third floor without an elevator. The terrace is also accessed through stairs inside the apartment, and the terrace is private, for the exclusive use of the apartment's renters.

CHECK-IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: Dogs are welcome; owners will be responsible for the animal's welfare and any damages they may cause. The house and community rules must be considered. A cleaning fee of €20 will be charged upon arrival for each dog. We can provide a bed and feeder-drinker upon request.
