The location is extremely convenient and easy to reach from the train station. The reception staff were lovely and very welcoming! The studio was a great place to stay! Happy holidays!

Stayed with two friends for the marathon and it was perfect for us. Everywhere is walkable and it was handy having a fridge. The kitchenette looked to contain most stuff you'd need but we didn't use it. Shower was nice and big As stated, the room does include a coffee maker (pod machine) but no pods are provided so you need to bring your own, think it was a Nespresso.

Clean studio room with decent kitchenette and ensuite. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed; only one person on during busy check-in time and check-out Heating broke during my stay - not great in December - and response was that they knew there were problems on that floor.

Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. Despite arranging a late check-in and receiving the door and key safe codes in advance, we arrived to find no keys in the safe, leaving us completely unable to access the accommodation we had already paid for. The situation was made even worse by the fact that both emergency contact numbers were non-functional - one rang the phone at the reception desk, and the other went unanswered despite multiple attempts. With no support available and nowhere to go late at night, we were forced to pay for last-minute accommodation elsewhere. The complete lack of access, assistance, and accountability made this an incredibly stressful and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic property. Huge room , multiple balconies. Very friendly staff let us check in early as it was ready. Couldn't be more helpful. Stored bags on check out too. Fantastic location 5 minute walk to everywhere. Busy facilities nearby but really quiet in the room. Loved it thank you!!

This hotel is conveniently located and we were able to walk to all of the areas of interest. Our room was clean and was well planned out as far as storage and space. They had a soap dispenser in the shower but I would recommend they add conditioner and shampoo so that all amenities were included. We were greeted by welcoming staff and when we arrived in our room, we found a bottle of wine. A very nice touch. I would recommend this accommodation.

Below Average Stay

First, I want to say that the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had a need. However, we had issues with the shower being dirty (mold in the grout and on the walls), marks on the walls, the bench in the room was dirty, and the room’s decorative pillows seemed dirty as well. The shower did not drain well so a lot of water ran into our room. We reported it and were hoping it would be fixed during our 3-night stay but it unfortunately was not. We also were told the washing machine was broken so we were unable to use it when that was an important part of our stay as we have another half of our trip to go. The parking spaces are very very small (as is most of Malaga) so just be prepared for that if you need to park a car. Overall, a less-than-average stay at best with it being a nice location and friendly staff; we just wish the room had been cleaner.

Pros: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, many amenities, little kitchenette, very clean rooms and beddings, provides towels and umbrellas for the beach.Very helpful staff at front desk. Best Location in downtown Malaga. Staff kindly booked a taxi for me which arrived exactly on time and waited for me right outside the hotel door. Cons: Very weak wifi signal which kept flapping on 4th floor. Double Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Some of the provided white towels either smelled bad and had yellow spots. Front desk is closed before 8:00 am and after 11:30 pm. Laundry machine was not working.

Nice staff, a welcome bottle of wine is good for people who drink (I’d have preferred coffee for breakfast), take care if you simultaneously use water in kitchen and shower, small parking lots (as in many hotels and public parking in Spain; very difficult to park, at least on Saturdays, close to the beaches).
