Não recomendo

Pra quem vem buscar referência, deixo aqui minha experiência; Um lugar que alugamos para passar a virada que se tornou uma grande dor de cabeça, casa sem iluminação, casa toda suja (como se tivesse sem limpar a meses) piscina sem higienização. Sem contar com a pior parte, encontramos o proprietário diversas vezes nos cômodos, com desconforto e sem privacidade. Por último o mesmo desligou a luz da casa, justamente na hora da nossa ceia. Se procuram lazer e higienização não aluguem!!

Viagem com amigos

Antes mesmo da chegada, Carlos tirou todas nossas dúvidas e também nos enviou o melhor caminho. As fotos do anúncio retratam bem a chácara, exceto pela decoração de alguns cômodos que não nos causaram boa impressão ao chegar (uma amiga tem aracnofobia e existem algumas aranhas na decoração, como é algo pessoal, trata-se apenas de um comentário, pois, outras pessoas podem ter o "mesmo problema"). Algumas observações que acredito ajudar nas próximas estadias: Melhorar a iluminação externa e interna da casa (a parte externa ficava muito escura ao cair da noite, corredor da casa e piscina) e a interna como existem alguns sensores, acaba que em alguns momentos não são acionados. O sifão de uma das pias estava quebrado, não conseguimos utilizar e em alguns momentos esse detalhe era esquecido e a água da torneira, ao abrir, acabava caindo no chão. A chácara possui apenas uma geladeira (que não estava vedando muito bem e um médio freezer, acreditamos que esse ponto pode ser melhorado, pois, como é uma chácara que comporta um bom número de pessoas, precisamos de bastante espaço para comidas e bebidas, um isopor grande estava disponível e acabamos comprando gelo e isso ajudou bastante, outros amigos também levaram cooler). Nao há sinal de telefone na chácara, apenas em algumas partes do campo e externa (rua), um detalhe também, mas que dificultou a comunicação com familiares e um amigo que precisava se conectar ao trabalho em alguns períodos. Acreditamos que os chuveiros possam ser melhorados. Um dos banheiros dos quartos (o maior de casal), em alguns momentos tinha um mal cheiro, talvez seja interessante avaliar melhor. Fora os detalhes fomos bem recebidos, inclusive, Carlos nos ofereceu hortaliças e pimentas da sua horta! Pretendemos retornar e agradecemos a hospitalidade :)

Festa Confraternização da Empresa

Foi ótimo! Todos se divertiram bastante. Contratamos um buffet para servir as pessoas com churrasco. Estrutura super ajudou o buffet a se instalar e servir as pessoas.

Visão geral do imóvel

No dia 31/10 a 02/11 viajei com a família para o sítio , lugar é muito bonito , mas tem muitas coisa que requer reparos , casa é muito escuro por dentro e não tem iluminação suficiente, na sala tem 3 lâmpada, duas desligada segundo o responsável era problema na parte elétrica, os quartos mesmo processo lâmpada de led e o quarto escuro , chuveiro tem 3 So dois esquenta o outra não, a área externa consegue usar até não escurece, após as 19:00 fica muito escura e o responsável disse que está em curto As lâmpadas por isso não liga , nosso achamos um lâmpada que estava funcionando no jardim, só que era desligada a todo momento pelo proprietário, para economizar energia, o proprietário fica com vc no imóvel, é um pouco constrangedor vc com a família e o responsável fica todo hora olhando , não se sente à vontade , no dia de entregar o imóvel, ele começou a juntas as cadeiras as 14:00 e limpar a piscina isso que era as 18:00 a entrada do imóvel, tanto foi que saímos a 17:00 , nós se sentimos vigiando o tempo todo , fora isso o lugar é legal !

Excelente local para reunir amigo e familiares. Proprietário e funcionários bem receptivos, educados e dispostos a ajudar. Local amplo, limpo e tranquilo. Muitos quartos para acomodar mais de 10 pessoas com conforto.
