A reasonable bargain for a couple of nights. I'd stay again if in the area. The lock on the outside door to the parking lot is missing completely, so there is no way to lock the door. There are tap points to get in/out, but since the lock is completely missing, those points are useless. The carpet in the room needs some attention; bunched in a couple of spots.

It's grimy, old, smells gross. Had to change rooms. The new room was almost as bad. Carpet is very worn and has large ripples, easy to trip over if not careful. Bedding & blankets old and worn, cheap, lumpy pillows. The hotel is used for low income people as long-term residents. Parking area on side or back of this place, I did not feel safe there. The whole hotel smells old and damp. I will be contacting Super 8 headquarters to complain and request a refund. I do not recommend this hotel, cheap furniture and very cheesy like an old roadside motel.

Unacceptable Hygiene & Poor Customer Service I stayed at this hotel in May and unfortunately discovered bed bugs in my room during the night—after 1 a.m. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk the next morning. While they noted my complaint, I was told that because I booked through a third party, I would need to take it up with them directly. When the third-party service reached out to the hotel, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite the clear health risk and extreme discomfort, the hotel refused to offer any refund or even basic compensation. This was not only an uncomfortable experience but also a serious hygiene and safety concern. I left with bite marks and had to thoroughly sanitize all of my belongings afterward—a major inconvenience that could have been avoided. I strongly urge future travelers to read recent reviews carefully and think twice before booking here. Based on my experience, this hotel does not prioritize guest health, hygiene, or accountability.
