This is a great little home to rent when in Magnolia. We were in town to visit SAU, which was just a few minutes away. This older home is in a quiet neighborhood, was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and having a kitchen was very convenient for us. Thoughtful details included waters and sodas in the refrigerator, two baskets of snacks as well as a personalized letter welcoming us. Very convenient to SAU, Lake Columbia and Logoly State Park. Check in/out was a breeze and communication with host was easy. Will definitely be returning to this little gem.

The neighborhood is filled with boarded up houses and dilapidated houses. We felt unsafe and asked for a refund, and were denied. We choose to stay at the IHG in Magnolia and it was very nice. There are safety concerns with this property.

Check in was easy and we were kept well informed of the process. There is a great and stocked coffee bar with everything you need. Water and other drinks in the refrigerator along with some snacks on the table for us. Very nice note with instructions for our stay waiting for us. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies for our stay. Great stay and would definitely stay again.
