The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes from the lake and all the main attractions of Ticino.



At the entrance of the property, there is a mailbox and, inside it, a self check in box for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the property are stored in the self check in box, and you will be provided with all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location and the incredible views, this wonderful apartment promises you an unforgettable holiday.

Bed linen and towels are provided at the property. They are charged based on the actual number of guests staying, at a rate of CHF 12 per guest. This method is advantageous for guests, as they only pay for the linen according to the number of occupants, rather than for all available beds if they are not used. We offer professional Swiss quality linen, carefully washed and sanitized at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety during your stay, in accordance with Swiss standards. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional charge, including bed linen and a duvet. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay. The tourist tax will be paid separately once the reservation has been confirmed.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a gesture of cooperation. Before check out, please sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions in the house manual.
