The hotel was really nice, well connected, with a good breakfast. We also ennjoyed access to the gym, even though it was small and only with basic equipment. The staff were helpful and responded to all our queriea.

La locacion es excelente. El acceso desde la calle al hotel, no tiene rampa para maletas, hay que subir y bajar las escaleras con ellas. Rara vez hay alguien. En el cuarto no se podia abrir la maleta, ya que no había espacio. Cerciorarse que el cuarto tenga un tamaño suficiente para poder abrir la maleta. La atencion en el restaurante muy buena.

Disappointed - overpriced

The hotel entrance and service is more like a 2 star hotel. I can’t believe they charged $800 to $1,000 per night and for this price, you get one tiny bottle of water (~8 oz) for two people. Bed was hard as a rock. Bathroom grout was black. No assistance with luggage and steps to get to registration desk. Entrance carpet is coming off in some places.
