Vincci Capitol truly stood out during our stay. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, which made a big difference after long days in the city. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help — from check-in to providing local tips. You really feel welcomed as a guest. The amenities were another highlight: everything was well thought out, modern, and in great condition. The hotel’s central location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet the room was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a great combination of cleanliness, service, comfort, and location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The property is very modern and centrally located. The views of Gran Via from the rooms are very nice and the hotel has a restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive with any questions/needs. The only dislike was that the room were vert tight and small, but appreciated the larger bathroom.
