Lovely hotel, clean, super helpful staff, and our room had a kitchenette. The bathroom setup while clean and neat had some design flaws, but space dictates. Overall, great.

Lovely Hotel

We stayed for 5 nights and loved this hotel, staff super friendly the rooms are excellent the daily room servicing was excellent and the location is pretty close to everything and public transport, Very comfortable beds and quiet location, having the balcony room worked very well for us, overall we loved Madrid being first time visitors and would stay here again if we come back to Madrid

This is the fourth time we stay in this wonderful property where we just feel at home. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette and coffee expresso machine. Very clean and comfy beds. Muy bien The street is very quiet and in an excellent location. All the staff are very friendly and attentive with very quick response to all you needs. Very nice hotel and service.. We were three in a room and the small foldout couch wasn’t very comfortable Location was ok.. but we spent a lot of time on the red metro line to opera where most of the attractions were Very attentive and friendly staff

The hotel is like being in your own private condo in a quiet area of the Salamanca neighborhood. Many nice stores and restaurants around. Still you can walk to the Madrid historic Center and museums The restaurant only offers breakfast but has plenty of choices and rightly priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
