Everything was great...great(staff) reception, great room, very clean and not worn at all. We had a junior suite on the 5th floor facing the street...a little noise but not excessive. Great position and private parking right beside the entrance...Highly recommended.

Great location, everything within walking distance, Clean room with comfortable bed. Negative; wifi very weak, no AC when we stay in October, must keep window open to have cool air then the noise at night till midnight.

Great location - close to everything! Felt safe! Room was cozy and the bathroom was nice. The photos on the listing showed that the room would have a view but unfortunately the room I was given had no views and was just cement and no natural light came in... so for that, the room felt overpriced. The staff at time of check in felt like he didn't know what he was doing... But the staff the following day was excellent - she was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Perfect for our long weekend in Madrid

Check in was very easy and the location is awesome- lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very close to a couple different metro lines. Staff was very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great (espresso machine, lots of options for breads, proteins, juices, etc). The room was clean and had the bed was comfy. Shower had plenty of hot water and they even gave you slippers to use while you're in the room

This one is a little gem!

A 45 room boutique hotel in the best possible place in Madrid for easy walking to everywhere - it was simply perfect in every respect. We requested a room with a terrace so we could enjoy outdoors as well - stayed a week. It’s on a walking boulevard and lively as anything but the hotel rooms are modern and it is quiet as a pin at night.

Staff was impeccable. So friendly, gracious, helpful. Location could not have been better. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean, luxurious, modern. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good. Hot items were only lukewarm. Breakfast workers were not very friendly. Loved the location! Close to activity. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Clean room. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi was not reliable.

The property is perfectly located close to everyrhing. We walked to every attraction and was in a great area. This was our first time in Madrid and happy I chose the location.
