It was a very clean hotel and the room was very comfortable. We used the bar in the evening and the service was very good. We also used room service and this was very good as well. My only little issue was with breakfast. The cooked breakfast was not very nice. Cold and looked like it had been there since started serving. The rest of it was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again

Showers Need to be Evaluated

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was not good. After a long day of traveling and flight delays, we arrived at the hotel late in the evening. The room was clean, but the shower would not drain at all and filled up the bottom of the shower pan within seconds. After packing up our things, we were moved to a different room. In this room, we were unable to control the temperature of our room. We were told it was not an independent system and was controlled by the hotel. This meant our room was extremely warm (since they had the heater on) which caused us not to sleep well. The shower in this room was not well designed either. The glass only covered part of the shower. The water would run down the side of the shower pan and the. all over the bathroom floor while you showered. Overall, we were really disappointed in this hotel.

great place to stay near Madrid airport

This hotel was a little hard to find but it was worth it because it is very close to the airport. We ended up here twice (flight cancelled), and both times were great. I'd recommend it. Very clean, comfortable bed, and great breakfast.

Shuttle Bus Issue

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. This is the main reason I selected this particular hotel; we were arriving late after a long day of travel. The shuttle took over 1.5 hours to pick us up. It was freezing cold and raining. It wasn’t until I called that I was told it was because there was an accident blocking the entrance. We were told to go to a different spot for pick up and after .5 hour we were picked up. The accident was certainly not their fault, but waiting that long with small children under the circumstances mentioned, was not a seamless start to our experience with this hotel. Besides that, the hotel is clean and the staff has been helpful.

Nice little airport hotel & comfortable bed to break the journey. Breakfast was underwhelming but had a decent variety of options at the buffet. Free shuttle to hotel is handy - be aware the shuttle is only once an hour so can be quite a long wait if you arrive (or depart) at the wrong time.

The room service was absolutely terrible. The salad was inedible, it took quite a long time, and the ordering process was quite difficult. When I tried to voice my concerns about the meal they simply tried to take my order for something else - at another charge.
