The room and its design were very nice, but the host was not responsive. It’s not the only negative thing but the first one. I sent three emails to the email address provided by them in automated email and several messages through Expedia, but I didn’t receive a single reply. The check-in process was confusing and stressful. Thankfully, a local person helped me figure out how the system worked. Another issue was that someone (I believe it was the housekeeper) knocked on my door before at 9 am or 10 am and even started entering the door code while I was in the bathroom — which was completely unacceptable. Then again, at around 10:59 or exactly 11:00, there was another knock while I was just finishing up and applying sunscreen. It felt quite rude and intrusive. The room was amazing and well designed but they succeeded to ruin my stay with their rude an unfriendly attitude.

I loved the location and the room. It was perfect and indoors was quiet. Close to shopping and the major sightseeing areas. It’s a walking distance to Gran vía as well. And the famous churros of San Ginés. The bed and black out shades were perfect for a comfy stay.

What a smart concept of hotel. Loved it! Communication trough email and text were great. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location could have not been better and we had an unforgettable time in Madrid. This stay made all the difference.

Not worth it

The view from the balcony was great ! The room itself was decorated nicely. Downside the shower didn’t have hot water and wouldn’t turn on properly. Tried contacting them twice never got a response.

It really surprised me this hotel. It’s the cleanest and comfortable hotel , room no 5 was looking amazing, the view from the balcony was something different with the trees flowering . I had some problems with the email about the pins and they help me straight away .I came just for one night, and to be honest I didn’t want to leave . I will be back soon for sure

This hotel was in the heart of the city, very easy to check-in, the staff was very welcoming, the room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Would stay again for my next trip to Madrid.

Beautiful Hostel in centre of Madrid

What a lovely Hostel. When I saw the room I could not believe how pretty it was. The place was so quiet and safe. Checkin went smoothly. 2 mins from Opera and 5 mins from Sol. This will be our place now. Fraction of the price of Hotel across the road. We loved it. And the bathroom was brand new.

I loved how easy it was to check in and come in and out as we please. We had no issues with this property and think it looked pretty unique. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling solo or with one other person.

Great room in the very center of Madrid, clean and good size, with a private bathrooms bed balcony. Our room shared communal area (dining table, coffee/tea) with a hostel which was not a problem at all. Everything was very clean and calm.Very happy with our choice.

Terrible place doesn’t meet the criteria of Boutique this place is a backpack guesthouse With no housekeeping service only for requests This is airb and b hotel style Also with no luggage storage The bedroom are extremely small for two people Also no pillows or blankets just cushions instead Manager extremely rude And does not care to provide a good service Expedia shall remove this property
