Room is new and very clean. Bathroom is small but complete and comfortable. Check in was easy and staff was very accommodating. Only divide was the WiFi was pretty slow. Would recommend.

Everything was fine except for the party noise near room 707. It was not any of the units in Mucho Madrid. The party noise came from units below or next to room 707.

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, sobre la Gran Vía. Un poco difícil de encontrar la primera vez, pero muy bien ubicado. Tiene elevador lo cual se agradece mucho. Nos tocó la última habitación, por lo que no tuvimos problema con los ruidos. La limpieza muy bien, la verdad fue mejor de lo que esperábamos.

O hotel era MUITO bem localizado, no fim da Gran Vía, próximo à praça da Espanha. O metrô era extremamente próximo, ponto de ônibus em frente. Sobre o check-in, foi muito fácil, chegamos antes do horário e foi possível guardar as malas e nos organizar. A secretaria era muito atenciosa. O quarto era limpo, novo, roupas de cama/banho ok. A sacada é maravilhosa. Recomendo muito!

-l'entrée du batiment : impeccable, belle, ascenseur .. -l'accueil : pas de réception en présentiel aux heures indiquées mais joignable au téléphone , et ne parlant ni français ni anglais ...compliqué et long pour se faire comprendre.. -la chambre : refaite de frais ; chambre petite , peu équipée.Très propre (neuf ). salle de bain minuscule , une sorte "d'aquarium"...totalement vitré , mini lavabo ..les wc compris..bonjour l'intimité ...meme pas la place pour se secher en sortie de douche et finitions à la "va vite "... aucune vue sur Gran via car ravalement de façade en cours donc BACHE occultante devant fenetre .!!! et ouvriers même la nuit .. point positif : double fenetre sur l'avenue donc pas trop de bruit ... heureusement quelques échanges avec femme de ménage charmante et dévouée.. localisation : parfaite, proche métro, arret bus et commerces , près des musées, place mayor et palais royal
