Perfect for somewhere to sleep and then go out and about. Bit noisy as we faced the street but otherwise was perfectly suited to our needs

Way too basic for the price

I was not impressed. The place smelled bad, it took a full day of keeping the window open to let the fresh air in. The room was SO tiny and of course the photos make it look nicer. The street was noisy all night long. It is on a stretch of pedestrian street so there is no access to taxis, I had to walk a few blocks to get to a corner where I could be picked up to go to the airport. I was cold at night and there wasn't any extra blanket and of course no staff. It is a walk up! with suitcases!! while they mention it in their website it was not that obvious at the time of reservation. The only good thing were the clean cotton sheets.

No llegan los taxis al hotel y no hay ascensor

Los vehículos no llegan hasta el hotel es una vía peatonal y se debe caminar, adicional no hay ascensor y uno mismo debe subir las maletas, nos tocó en una tercera planta, horrible por que viajábamos con maletas grandes

Perfect place for a Madrid weekend

The place is very central to everything and at the same time, very quiet, you can’t hear any noise of the busy Madrid at all, the service was very nice and the room was spotless. If you are thinking for a place to be in Madrid city center, this one is your place.

Great for tourists

Excellent location, friendly staff, good overall condition, room and washroom is super small really small but functional, you can go to all the tourist sites at a 20 walk distance. Excellent for price

Centrally located

It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. They could not check us in on time but they did let us leave our luggage there while cleaning which was a relief. The towels were stiff and the betting was cheap. When you showered it flooded. Centrally located otherwise

Bastante céntrico. Habitación muy limpia. Cama muy cómoda. Solo que la habitación es muy pequeña en todos los espacios. El internet del movil se pierde dentro del Edificio Y el wifi nunca funcionó en mi habitación. En sentido general es un excelente lugar para estar de paso.

WIFI was poor in first room. Requested move to second room and wifi was good. Coffee machine on second floor produced very nice coffee. First room had trash can but no chair and table. Second room had chair and table but no trash can. I would go again but inspect room first and check wifi.

The private room with private restroom was literally the size of a Cracker Jack box, the smallest room I’ve ever been in. It was claustrophobic, the room was extremely small and the restroom was so tiny that to get in and out of the shower you had to jump over the toilet which was sandwiched between the sink, the shower and the two walls. You could barely sit on the toilet and your knees rubbed against the wall
