Do not book here!! The worst communication I have ever experienced. I communicated well in advance when I would be arriving, and on the day off my arrival I received no response. I had to wait 5 hours outside the apartment, even though one of the policies says early check-in and luggage storage is available, and she specifically told me she would update me the morning of. I had to pay additional fees at a third party to store my luggage since the host couldn’t not be bothered to communicate with her guests. I cannot explain how frustrating this interaction was. The assistant of the owner did the best she could, I appreciated her, but the owner herself is a terrible host. I missed my booking for the royal palace tour because they kept mixing up the times. My friends also booked a room and had the same problem. 0/5 stars.
