The staff was lovely on check-in.
Although outside of the hotel's control and something I should have researched better, the hotel's area felt quite similar to staying in Times Square, NYC - including the neon lights, the sirens, the overwhelming crowds in the street, the drunks at night, and a rotation of homeless people sleeping by the hotel's door. It is super central but I would not choose this area again.
The door couldn’t be locked from the inside (no door locking mechanism and the electric control panel to lock the door didnt work) - which made us uneasy considering anybody with a key card could come in, which happened in the first morning when the cleaners came in unexpectedly .
There are no coat hangers which limits the hanging of the coats and jackets to the closet - this was a miss.
There were some kitchen elements also missing: wine glasses, enough spoons.
Are two lifts and 12 floors of rental flats, in the evening particularly between 8 and 10 pm you can get quite busy and you have to queue for a lift to go up to your room (we had about 10 people in front of us queuing).
Overall the flats were well maintained, super clean and with new furniture.
