Arrived to find an obviously broken and unusable sofa bed. Staff changed rooms for us. Bring all your own kitchen items..coffee, tea, cleaning supplies are at extra charge as are extra towels. Great location.

The staff was lovely on check-in. Although outside of the hotel's control and something I should have researched better, the hotel's area felt quite similar to staying in Times Square, NYC - including the neon lights, the sirens, the overwhelming crowds in the street, the drunks at night, and a rotation of homeless people sleeping by the hotel's door. It is super central but I would not choose this area again. The door couldn’t be locked from the inside (no door locking mechanism and the electric control panel to lock the door didnt work) - which made us uneasy considering anybody with a key card could come in, which happened in the first morning when the cleaners came in unexpectedly . There are no coat hangers which limits the hanging of the coats and jackets to the closet - this was a miss. There were some kitchen elements also missing: wine glasses, enough spoons. Are two lifts and 12 floors of rental flats, in the evening particularly between 8 and 10 pm you can get quite busy and you have to queue for a lift to go up to your room (we had about 10 people in front of us queuing). Overall the flats were well maintained, super clean and with new furniture.

The AC was not working at all. I had to call front desk several times during the night and they stated everything was good. Maintance people showed up in the morning and after several tests, they confirmed the AC was not working. They switched me to another room around 12pm. Worst experience ever!

Great apartment with good amenities. Great to have a washing machine and lots of space to spread out. Super clean and a lovely comfy bed. It’s a little noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying in such a great location. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and suspect if you stay on a higher level, the noise might be less noticeable. The location is fantastic - we were able to walk everywhere, but also had a metro station close by, which was super handy for our connection to the next city we were visiting.

Disappointed is an understatement. We stayed here and the bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom, wasn’t clean and the shower curtain had mold in it, location was amazing but very loud at night. I feel like this place has everything to be great but they don’t have the proper staff to keep up

The room was clean and staff were friendly but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I was informed that the swimming pool would not be in use but when I arrived it was in use! I didn’t have breakfast or use the parking.
