Great modern room, hangers & shelf for clothes, Comfy bed with new mattress. Quiet & effective fridge & aircon. Modern, huge walk in shower with Dove shampoo, Shower gel & handwash. Polite staff & only 25 mins on Metro straight to centre of Madrid. Highly recommend this hotel & would stay again if in Madrid.

Upon check in the room didn’t have a proper bedding when we asked we were told that it wasn’t sure they could find some for our room. They eventually found one, but I didn’t enjoy the experience.

We checked in late - about 2210 -after the bar was closed. I explained that we had been in Morocco for two weeks and were dying for a glass of wine. The receptionist kindly opened the bar so we could have a quick drink before bed! Above and beyond service!!!
