Great location near the metro on a pedestrian street with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and cold drinks, fruit and cookies on the upper level were great.

On the fifth floor there were complementary fresh fruit and snacks. Each morning a bag of pastries and water was hung on the door knob. Check in was easy. I didn’t like that the AC couldn’t be controlled to a lower temperature. It was too warm for us. Other than that, it was good.

I had a very positive experience at B&B Hotel Madrid Centro F52. The hotel was very conveniently located near shopping stores and restaurants in the Centro area of Madrid. The train station was also very close distance. The room was clean and neat and had a nice balcony view on the street. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

The staff was very attentive at all times. The hotel is in an excellent location, just steps away from Gran Vía. It’s right in the heart of everything.

I liked the fact that it is located in a pedestrian shopping area with lots of people and restaurants around, so I felt completely safe walking around by myself. It's nice that they have tea and coffee and cookies available on the top floor. In the morning, there was a bag on my doorknob containing water and croissants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good value.

Small but efficient room, location is AMAZING. Water and mini croissants on your door each morning was a nice touch. No closet, but shelves so we packed in cubes and a few hangers. Wish there were knobs on the wall outside the bathroom by the sink for hand towels, robe etc since shelving/storage is minimal. As far as seeing other reviews about the noise, you can hear those in the hallway but it was minimally disruptive. Overall not a deterrent for booking.

This is an economy basic hotel, but it has all the bases covered. Very personable and helpful staff, free juices and snacks on the fifth floor. Convenient to the Gran Via and central Madrid. Even found a free continental breakfast (bottle of water and a croissant) hung in a sack on my door when I left. I would definitely stay there again.
