This is a fantastic location for families to explore Madrid. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It was perfect for all of us to have some space to be together and also spend some time apart. The coffee and snack area on the rooftop was also a great addition. Everyone enjoyed their time here and the convenience of getting around Madrid was wonderful!

B&B Hotel Torn Review

My biggest gripe with the hotel was that I arrived early and I knew I would have to wait. The room was still not ready in the time that they committed to and that is announced. After walking around Madrid for about 4.5 hours, I just wanted to relax a little and I couldnt. My particular room has a HUGE terrace which was a nice surprise and would be amazing during the spring or summer months. One thing to realize is that this apartment and others are not located in the same check in building. Not a big deal unless it is raining and/or really cold weather. My balcony room was very spacious and it included a mini kitchenette, refrigerator which makes it ideal for long stays. A supermarket is about a 5 minute walk so very convenient and the location in Chueca is also very convenient to everything you will do in Madrid. The drinks and snacks are also located at the "other" location and it really wasnt much honestly. Even if my room was in the same building, I wouldnt use it. It simply wasnt what I have experienced at other hotels. My biggest gripe is that they didnt have the ready room at the time they committed.

We stayed for 7 nights in February 2025. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and the location was perfect! It was a very favorable experience, and I would highly recommend it. It offers the best of both apartment and hotel with full time reception and cleaning service every three days. And there is a lift/elevator for those who have mobility issues.

Great location and well designed.

Great apartment in a great location. Also very kind staff. However, there was no water pressure in the shower, and it was dripping hot water. The staff tried to help, but did not succeed.

Excelente apartamento em um local privilegiado

Apartamento enorme, bonito, bem equipado, com muitas comodidades (frutas, leite, café, água) e em edifício com elevador, possui recepção 24h, o que facilita as coisas, está localizado no centro comercial de Madrid. Ideal para longas estadias. Faltaram apenas informações prévias de como proceder o check-in para quem está de carro. O B&B está no início do calçadão ("solo peatones") e não há como se aproximar para descarregar bagagem. O procedimento é: ir direto para um estacionamento que tem convênio com o B&B em uma travessa próxima, subir a bagagem até o nível da rua pelo elevador, caminhar cerca de 50m até a recepção do B&B e subir a bagagem pelo elevador do edifício.
