Great Hotel Overall

Great hotel overall! Very clean and modern, breakfast was really good, and there is complimentary coffee and croissants in the hotel lobby at all times. The city center is easily accessible using public transport, and a taxi/uber ride is really quick as well.

Best breakfast ever!! The room was unbelievably clean and the staff I would give them 5 starts. Super convenient to stay, closed to the highway and is just 25 minutes from downtown Madrid.

Great stay

B&B Hotel Carabanchel Great stay! The staff were welcoming, especially the kind ladies at reception. Clean and cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, and a 24-hour coffee and hot chocolate machine—perfect for the cold weather. Convenient location near transport, Madrid city center, and the Islazul outlet for shopping. Highly recommended!

Todo en el hotel estuvo bien. Los empleados muy accesibles y respetuosos. El sitio es seguro. En Uber nos tardamos alrededor de 20 minutos en llegar al centro de Madrid. Hay un centro comercial al que puedes llegar caminando.

No habia jabón ni en el lavabo ni en la ducha. Llamé dos veces a recepción (marcando el 9) y no me cogieron en ninguna de ellas. El baño no olía bien. La ducha estaba estancada y tenia que ir cerrando el grifo para que el agua no se desbordara hacia el baño
