Nightmare the online checkin just sends u round in circles. Hours filling in same form. Stressing wont be able to check-in. Phone number just sends u a msg to complete a form but form came in Spanish. Eventually manage to get to online chat !!. 40 mins stood outside building trying to get in. Another guest also stood outside with same issues. No instructions on how to find room. It was outside main building and basically the converted shed cold and felt damp. Set up as disabled room with huge bathroom but how u would get a wheel chair in the room to get to bathroom no idea Bathroom light on a sensor bathroom door swollen with the moisture so unble to block light when using loo in the night. Light stays on for ages!!!! As unable to make forms work added stress of not being able to check out properly and risk late checkout charge. Price low but even so !!!

The check in is a nightmare. Although I was asked to register 5 days before the check-in , it didn't stop them to ask me to register again 1 day before checkin. Arrived midnight to 10min and then I was asked again to register. At the end , after calls and chats, I manage to enter. I was allocated an en suite room 4 . The instructions said it would be on floor 1 but instead it was outside next to the main door. The room is not soundproof and was more expensive than the

The place was completely dirty when we got there. Opened the room door and found food and candy wraps on top of the bed. Walls were very dirty too as well as the bed sheets.

I did like because was close to bus station. Metro Station, is a quite zone, and House is clean very well located. I didnt like for not having any one to help with anything else, couldnt know where to get breakfast, the city induction, and also the hotel forced me to give details of My credit card allegging if I break anything I could pay. But at time of checkout no one was there to confirm the things. In order hand my credit card details that a gave are at this stage unsafe.

Very good place , once i had found it. Niegbours all knew nothing about hotel so was walking around for a while trying to find. No sign on building justbsmall one on gate. All electronic, no reception. Works perfectly qhen u follow email instructions. Dont ignore email from hitel and it works well. Brilliant price ckean and nice woukd stay again Pete

I liked the Location. I didn’t like: The noise ( you can hear other people in their room ). The bathroom is only one in the floor. A lot of noise during Room service between check-in an check-out time.

Relying on internet and a charged phone is an unreliable access. No attendant meant loud neighbors all night. Close to airport but nothing walking distance. Paper thin walls mean sharwd conversations and activities all night.

The shower was too small for me and the temperature controls are not easily used. I am 6 foot 2 and I could barely fit in the shower. A tv would be a good idea so people could watch the news.

I liked the fact that it had keyless entry. Our housekeeper was awesome and actually let us check in early. She didnt speak english and we spoke terrible Spanish, but she tried hard to communicate with us and did us a huge favor to let us in early; our backpacks were very heavy and we would have had to carry them around for 5 more hours! The place was clean and tidy. The bed and pillow were a little hard, but it was a nice room for a good price. Good neighborhood, very quiet and close to the metro station and bus stop. Overall good experience. I would stay there again.

Si están de pasada por la ciudad y escogen este lugar, prepárense para la posibilidad de subir sus maletas hasta el tercer piso por las escaleras uds mismos, sin la posibilidad de pedir ayuda a alguien, pues en el lugar no hay nadie que pueda atender sus requerimientos, ni un lugar en planta baja para guardar equipaje, además ellos no se hacen responsables por nada. El peor lugar en el que he estado. Tenia 3 maletas con sobre peso y lo escogí por estar cerca del aeropuerto pues por el horario de mi vuelo no pude dejar las cosas en un locker en la terminal, cuando llegue me encontré con esa sorpresa y con el pésimo servicio del personal, que además solo atiende llamadas, si no tienes roaming estás frito, no sabrás que hacer. Tuve que dejar el lugar sin opción a devolución del dinero.

Not my cup of tea. My mistake though, I assumed everywhere in Madrid offering accommodation to tourists would have air conditioning especially in the summer month of August. The fan made ZERO difference. It was a burning furnace. Did not sleep at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially in the summer. It just wasn't heap enough for the heat, shared toilet and bathroom. Thankfully, I only booked one night. Next day I checked into Hotel Zenit Conde Organz for only €7 more than I paid to stay in this place. Zenit is a 4 star hotel with AC, TV, high speed internet and your own toilet and shower.

This was perfect for what I needed. Online check in, then a code emailed with the directions for getting into the place made it quick and easy. The room was nice and they provided a fan and earplugs and towels. The bathroom was clean even though there were 5 rooms sharing it I think.
