This is a basic hotel, nothing exceptional about it. When I arrived, I was met by two young ladies at the desk, one possibly being trained, who were friendly, but failed to provide me a Wi-fi password, that later required another trip to the front desk to retrieve one as I found the room had no telephone. This also did away with the chance of an Early Wake-up Call the next morning. My room front door also had a gap underneath it, so large that sunlight could easily be seen. If this had been an internal room hotel, I could understand it. But, because of this, the next morning my room floor had seven or eight beetle type bugs roaming around by the bed area. For the price, I expected more and unless no other options are available, wouldn't return to this provider.

It was Ok.

A clean room and comfortable bed. We were in the Poolhouse so think of a tight European room with cinder block walls. If we had stayed more than one night then I would have been more concerned with the tighness and austerity of the room.

Such a jewel. We love the town of Madison and this hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is amazing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It was really nice the pool was still open and clean. It is very convenient to shops, restaurants and the river. They have a shuttle that takes whatever you want and picks you up.

The staff was great… it was very very clean… View was incredible if you can get a Riverview… Make sure you know what building you are going to be put in. There’s the main one with the bar where all the action is and then there’s one close by that is also theirs, but they show you back-and-forth in a golf cart if you want. We had entertainment on the weekend and the breakfast was certainly sufficient.

It was a very clean room and restroom. We found it to be very damp in the room. The sheets and comforter on the bed were very damp. The location and views from the hotel were beautiful.

Great little hotel with a retro river boat vibe. The view of the river is beautiful, the outdoor patios are great for relaxing, room was spacious and clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
