Terrible staff support. I have previously stayed here and had a great experience with a wonderful person at the front desk. However yesterday, Feb., 14th, was an entirely different experience. The hot tub was broke which was the entire reason we chose the hotel. The very unhelpful and rude woman at the front desk said she could do nothing for us, including refund our room. The best she could so was send us to a different hotel to use the hot tub, requiring a car ride to get there. After she advised I contact Expedia for help, I waited 40 minutes on the line before being disconnected! This was a significant impediment to our trip, wasting 2 hours of our Saturday evening trying to sort it out.

Angela at the front desk was amazing-personal texts to your phone and extension so I could find personal items amidst a stressful time. Only thing that could have been better is the whirlpool wasn’t working. Will stay again!

Well the GFI outlet in the bathroom did not work. Had to blow dry my hair in the bedroom with no mirror. Then soooo looking forward to the hot tub. Was out of order it was R&R weekend for us and it was one of these things we wanted to do. But staff was very nice

Would have rated 5 stars as staff, room, breakfasts were all great. Hot tub apparently broke down before Christmas and was out of service (and is still out) our entire 3 day stay. Normally wouldn't dock so much for that, but it was our anniversary and the main reason we booked. Was super disappointing and a bit let down on the stay.

The service was exceptional, especially when learning we were there to bury my mother. I can't thank them enough, everyone from the WEEKDAY kitchen crew, the front desk clerks, and the maids, everyone was truly a pleasure to deal with and helped to make such an awful time a tad more bearable!

The room was on good condition, the front desk staff is very nice and the cleaning crew are very supportive and do a great job cleaning the room and leaving everything in a great condition to sleep and relax. One thing you really need to focus on is the breakfast, as the options are always the same. You should think about including other proteins to the options. I decided to purchase breakfast from a local place, as the meat options were not attractive. The coffee also needs to improve, as the flavor was not the best. You need to understand that visitors see free breakfast as an additional item and for me (being a President status with significant experience staying in hotels), was not the best experience. Just food for thought
