Hotel was great! Newly remodeled, clean, attentive staff, comfy beds. Access and departure are an issue, despite being next to the interstate, its a 10 minute slow drive to get back to the interstate

Great place. Only thing that needs tweaked is room was clean, but scent of cleaner was overwhelming. Turned on bathroom fan and room fan and it was ok. Just need to air out a bit after cleaning. Otherwise was great!!

Nice, clean, and quiet.

Nice hotel. It is clean and comfortable. And the little market has the travel-size items and snacks you might need. The breakfast was also plentiful. The location is a little remote (unless you love Harley-Davidson), but that also means it's quiet.

I requested and then asked (before driving up) about pack and plays (because in the hotel description, it says cribs/infant beds (plural), so I was surprised when I called to confirm that they only had one. We had to pack one of ours last minute. I had also requested adjoining suites - which was not done until I called. They "did the best they could" which meant that their one pack and play was in the wrong (original) room when we arrived, and we had to ask THREE times for it to be moved. In addition, why does a hotel that size only have one high chair? Are families not expected to stay there? If not, it should be noted. The housekeeping, however, was STELLAR. We loved them.

The beds were fine, but the toilet in the room we slept in were clogged. We were there for an event. We checked-in in the evening and left to our event. We didn’t know the toilet were clogged until the early morning right before we checked out.
