Fist of all the pools weren’t working and it wasn’t inform till check in then they had me in a room when I go in there’s remodeling going on next they take me to another room and is not the correct room then they finally let me get to the room I was supposed to be on but the hallway smell like mold it was a strong smell it wast what o was expecting

Staff is great and helpful, the room is just meh. Curtains had a broken handle (my son fixed it), faucet is loose on the sink, chip in the side of the bathtub, stuff like that. The bedding is really thin so it was cold without having a really loud fan with heater on. Would like at least one thick blanket.

Pool & hot tub not working. Either remodeling incomplete or they are not going to spend money to maintain it. Rooms okay, but nothing special. Sheets nice and soft. Phone in room not working so if you wanted anything you’d have to go down to desk.
