Awesome location - walking distance to so many museums and restaurants and right across the street from the giant farmers market. Spacious rooms - bonus that they had pack and plays available. Nice amenities. Friendly customer service. Really appreciated the shuttle from airport.

Property was nice. Pool was very cold the first night, I don’t think they begin heating til the weekend because Thursday night was incredibly cold. Upon check in, we were given the wrong room and told the room style we booked was unavailable. The manager was then able to find a room for us somehow. The staff was mediocre the nicest and most friendliest staff members were the valet staff. I don’t think I would stay here again.

The staff was great, and the location was good, but the pool was awful. Probably the coldest pool that I've had in a hotel, and it was not built to be accessible. Someone in a wheelchair had to skip the pool because there are stairs to get to it and no ramp.

The staff was great, but the pool was terrible. Extremely cold, and not accessible for disabled folks. There was a man in a wheelchair who looked at the pool area and realized that he wouldn't be able to access it. That's disappointing.

Checking in was a bit frustrating. The desk attendant seemed unhappy to answer our questions and give further detail. The other attendant helped answer our questions. Otherwise it was a short, but good stay. Beautiful, clean hotel. Would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful room!

We splurged on the largest room in the hotel and did not regret it. The views of the capital building were stunning day and night. The history of the building was interesting (historical photos on the wall opposite and behind the front desk). There was a lovely indoor pool and coin laundry with a Speed Queen washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel and the spacious and comfortable room we were in.
