Nice staff, dirty room

Check in was quick and staff was nice. It was a quiet stay. Price was good. The only problem was how dirty it was. There was fecal matter on the roll of toilet paper. The extra blanket and pillows had blood, hair, and dirt on them. It was disgusting. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

funky smell - not from the bathroom

The room had a funky smell the full 4 days I was there - even having on the AC didn't help. The bathroom floorboards were yucky dirty, the shower curtain was ripped at the top by 2 of the holes keeping it on the pole, the tub had a dark brown (burn?) spot, and the bottom of the tub had about a dozen brown flecks that didn't come out. Thank goodness for water shoes!!! Would not recommend this hotel.

Room had a very musty, unpleasant smell. Older hotel was obvious but room was generally clean. Breakfast was lacking and breakfast area small, crowded and not attended terribly well. Won’t stay again.

No maintenance after 3:00 p.m.

The staff here are very friendly. They may check in very easy. I was put on the second floor and at night it was nosy. The main issue I had is that during my stay my toilet stops flushing. I called the front desk and they told me that he would have maintenance come and he mentioned that maintenance would be here at 5:00 p.m.. 5:00 p.m. passes and it's now 6:00 p.m.. I call the front desk again and was told that maintenance is not coming. No one from maintenance showed up. There was a long pause on the phone and I said okay. No other service was offered. Not to put me another room. Not a plunger not anything. I find out the following day from the morning front desk lady staff that maintenance is here till 3:00 p.m.. So the gentleman working the desk at night had no idea that there is no maintenance after 3:00 p.m.. So I spent the night flushing my toilet using one of the trash bins. I'm really hoping that the management takes care of this. Maintenance came 10 minutes before I left to fix the toilet for the next occupant. I felt neglected and ignored.
