The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous, especially at the front desk. The breakfast was great! The only problem we experienced was the TV didn't work properly. I did let the front desk know before leaving and they said they'd take care of it before the next customers use the same room we were in.

The rooms aren’t sound-proof at all, but they were very clean. I was woken up in the early morning to the sound of laundry being done and kept up at night due to people running around above us. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

As a woman I did not feel 100% safe at this location. The whole building and room had a particular awful smell. As for the room itself, the shower was uncleanly and the safety latch on the door was broken which concerned me for my safety.
