Daily breakfast and coffee all day were the best amenities this place provided. However there was a moldy smell inside the room that came from the carpet next to the bed, the fridge was dripping inside and ruined some of our food. The hotel could be improved by steam-cleaning the carpets and regularly cleaning around the fridges so it can properly cool items inside the fridge.

Overall it was a decent experience. However, when we booked the hotel a selling point for us were the amenities like the pool and arcade. The arcade room was beyond disappointing. All the games were old, falling apart, and most broke and unusable. It was very disappointing.

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at the Baymont Hotel West in Madison! From the moment I arrived, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Their customer service is truly top-notch, friendly, professional, and always eager to help with a smile. Whether I had a question, needed a recommendation, or just a quick request, the team responded quickly and with genuine kindness. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care deeply about their guests' comfort and experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but it’s the amazing staff that truly made my stay exceptional. Thank you for making my trip to Madison so enjoyable.
