Abit of a walk and better to be closer to gate 335, overall hygiene is not there priority and rude staff members. Very old style hotel, rooms are really bad.

Horible Condition

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: this is a beat up property. Very dirty! Very old! Only positive is that it is very close the main gate. I suggest stay in this area but choose a better hotel.

That was the worst hotel ever in my life. The bathroom was weird, there was no towels, bathroom tissue, paper towel. No room attended ever showed up.

The room looks like they are stuck in the 70’s. Bedsheets & pillow cases are super old with cotton balls stuck on it & very uncomfortable to sleep on. Location is on the south of masjid nabawi so it’s within walking distance. Eateries are far away thou. For a Real meal it’s far away to walk. But fast food is available nearby. Overall it’s ok for those few nights.

Hotel was good but the service was terrible They never pick up the phone from outside I was calling them and from room I called no one ever picked up There were non towels I asked they said we will bring but no one did next day I had to ask again no mop or wiper for water spill, no iron upon request, card got disabled over and over again and the person on the counter was treating me like I am trying to activate some one else room and he kept on telling me that your are saying the wrong room this is not the key which room do you want the key to activate again etc Does it understand English and babbling in Arabic and making disrespectful expressions. The person in the room next to me was constantly smoking outside the room where there is non smoking sign . Over all this hotel can be a lot better but if they do these improvements it could be a 4 start hotel.
