Really nice staff, very friendly and helpful. My main gripe though was the condition of the room - it’s quite dated and lacks essential features like a hook for putting cloths on when you’re having a shower. The towel railings also coming out and rather than being secured with plugs it’s silicone which means it hangs down a lot

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I arrived at 2 PM and was dismissively told to book online. The receptionist watched me book a king-size room, only to then refuse early check-in. When I questioned this, an aggressive manager was called, who was rude and intimidating. This guy was behaving threatening and i would not tolerate this behavior if i was not in madina, the city of our beloved profet Muhammed SAWS. This guy can't be working in service. They later offered a room, but it had four single beds, not my king-size. The manager refused to cancel, forcing me to accept his "solution" of pushing beds together. Only after intervention did I get the room I paid for, which he presented as a personal favor. The room was dirty, with low-quality toiletries and a large insect. Furthermore, I was harassed with an early check-out call 30 minutes before the official time. The service is hostile, the practices are deceptive, and the cleanliness is subpar. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind.
