Best hotel to stay in Madina if you want to be close to Masjid Nabawi, which is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel (Gate 329 of the Masjid). There are tons of great food options on a walking distance to the hotel. Taxi, Madina Sightseeing bus (hop on hop off), pharmacies, grocery, and all kinds of shopping are all very close. We really loved our stay at the hotel. We stayed in a quad room, which was very capacious, clean, and amazing. WiFi is super fast, and buffet breakfast is THE BEST, with tons of options for everyone. Very friendly staff. Kudos to all. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Madina.

we were upgraded to Junior Suite. Very nice clean rooms, amazing breakfast. The location is very good as it is close to Gate 329 which leads to Female Gates of Mosque. So if you are traveling with family this is the place to stay!

I gave 4 stars because in spite of staying in a non smoking room there was a smoking smell in the room & instead of complaining about it the issue wasn’t resolved. Also I had an issue with the flushing in the toilet, I informed the front desk & was told maintenance will fix it but nobody came to fix the issue during my stay. One thing positive about my stay was they let me check in early & check out late. Also the service from the housekeeper & other support stuff was excellent.
