An amazing expereince with super friendly staff. They are a newer hotel but they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. First time where I felt that the whole staff were like my friends. I asked for a late check out from 12 to 2 which they gave me and then again they allowed me to move it from 2 to 3. Would definitely recommend staying. The interior is also very beautiful.

Ask if the Bellman was so kind and helpful. He made sure to be there for whenever I needed help with my bags and guide me through the hotel for the process of the restaurant, etc.. Even the Houskeeping was so kind and nice and gave me everything I needed I will definitely be staying at this hotel every time

Average hotel, as they call themselves 4 star. On my arrival they did not find my booking. Finally they found something and they kept asking me for the payment receipt to Expedia. They told me that Expedia has not paid them, so they need to see some proof. After 4 hours of back and forth they finally gave me the room. It was quite frustrating. Never in my 30 years of travelling any hotel asked me the receipt of payment. It was quite disappointing on the service and attitudes in this Holy city of Madinah, where one travels for some comfort and piece of mind.
