Clean hotel, loads of space, provides tea and coffee etc, fridge came in very useful. Staff were chilled out and it was a manageable walking distance away from Masjid Nabawi. There was some dead zones in the WiFi, but worked fine overall.

Very friendly polite staff. Very clean and only 10 minutes walk away from Masjid Nabvi for me 43 years old man. I will stay again here definitely. Very reasonable per night. Loads of food places around, barber shops and laundries aswel.

My experience at Aram Hotel was unfortunately quite awful. I paid a premium price for my stay during Ramadan, but the service was very poor. I had no hot water in my room, and despite multiple complaints to the receptionist, my concerns were ignored. The cold showers left me feeling unwell, and my room wasn’t cleaned for four days, which really ruined my Umrah experience. I would advise others to avoid this hotel.
