Avoid like a plague

Absolute diabolical hotel! Very unclean, no swrvices for our 8 days we were there. Had to go out and get towels and toilet paper ourselves. Room was not stepped in from cleaners for full 8 days. Im only 5ft 6 and my feet were hanging off the bed. Very out dayed and poor hotel. Only good thing is it is close to the haram.

Complaint

My experience was too awful and disappointing. The check-in time is at 2pm and I received my room at 11pm. And the service wasn't welcoming. Also i had to go down to the counter more than 3 times to get what i want, no one answers the phone. And i didn't receive the room that i ordered and everything was chaos.

Chaos, no order , the customer service though doing their best they have no control of the situation, for instance while they are helping you if customer comes in and asks question they will stop your work and try to respond to that person needs. Also the hotel is not clean, carpets are really dirty and rearing Thirty years of accumulated dirty. I hope they change the course.

Wi-Fi is very week and room cleaning is not every day we keep calling please clean my room Still they used to be clean after 2-3 days. When you complain they don’t understand English on the counter I think they don’t want it to listening to you.We have included breakfast in Ramadan they give same breakfast every day I don’t like it food at all. They supposed to give microwave in a room Because we buy own food. Hotel is nice very close to Haram. Beside the counter people all the staff is very nice

The reception staff very rood .and they dont care,about customer .service like wifi 3-days not available ,after asking many time ,they ignoring. And very sad to say that if Arab customer is there.they talk politly and good but other than Arabs They dont give more recpect ,specially on reception people. Any how, iwill. Looking its charm - pull up guys

I stayed for 6 nights. Other than being close to the Haram the hotel seems to have lost its charm. Very poor maintenance. Water clogging in toilets. No proper housekeeping etc. Was my favourite but not anymore. However the food is fabulous and so is the staff in the restaurant.

It was extremely pleasant to stay in the hotel, staff was very polite and caring, room was clean with good shower. Very good breakfast and caring staff, location was very close to masjid Nabvi and other local shops and takeaway food, currency exchange and pharmacy. Very highly recommend with good price, very good value for money.
