so bad brothers

The hotel is really dirty and not clean. Sometimes don’t have hot water reservations not refundable. We booked 2 rooms family they give us 1 floor and 3rd floor. I ask them where’s laundry he keeps saying don’t know you have to find it. They not even telling me there do I need to go. Not worth it brothers.

Paid too much for the rubbish hotel

It was a very bad experience in this hotel which I booked for a family I will never ever recommend to some one else spcaily for those who have a family vacation. The reception staff was very bad never listen they just want to play games on there phone. Cleaning was very bad never clean the room. Very dirty inviorament in the hotel. Saudi gents staff does not know how to work the saudin ladies are much more better than the gents. The saudin gents should be removed from the receptions KSA. The toilet or bathroom stinks all the times my son have been sick in that hotel. We treval around but never seen a hotel like that. This hotel is Not even a 0star

Near to the Haram about 5 mins walk, stuffs are friendly and helpfu, market near by also the dates shop round the coner from the hotel Needs improving on wi-fi, there no wi-fi in the room, had to come to the lobby to use the net, door was very tight otherwise it was good staying valuefor money

Disappointing...

For the price of this hotel, I was expecting a whole lot more; very disappointing. The lobby looks great and my kids were very excited to be staying here. But when we entered the room, they let out a loud whaaaaat! We were all dissapointed at the sparse decor and extremely small space. Also, at about 4 am I could here what sounded like water falling above the bathroom ceiling. I was afraid that it would start leaking water, but it stopped about an hour later.
