TOO DIRTYY!! A very disappointing experience. There was no room service at all, and the only amenity provided was a bar of soap. The room was extremely dirty and had a persistent foul smell, with cockroaches visible in several areas. The floors were wet and unclean, and even the bathroom appeared not to have been washed properly. The furniture and fixtures were dusty and rusted, and the bedding felt itchy and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a regretful choice, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that my confirmed booking could not be honored because no rooms were available. Despite having travelled a long distance with my family, we were asked to wait without any clear solution. After waiting for more than an hour, a room was finally provided, but only after repeated requests. The entire experience was stressful and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression. I hope the management improves their booking and guest-handling procedures to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Poor hotel

Absolutely rubbish, do not waste your money on this hotel. Smell of gasoline in the elevator and the power kept going off in the elevator. Save your money and go elsewhere

No management and left the guests stranded at the.

It was an awful experience. No beds available according to the booking. I booked it for family room 3 adults and 3 children. Upon arrival I was told that only one room of 2 single beds avaliable. 3 adults Have to sleep on the single 6cm thick matteresses.
