Hotel is not well maintained. Shower head was broken, water leaked and was told hot or too cold, the sink didn’t drain properly and lifts are too slow and tiny. Housekeeping staff was really good however.

My stay at Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel in Madinah was overall excellent. The location is perfect, very close to Masjid An Nabawi, and the staff were extremely cooperative, respectful, and quick to respond, especially the front desk and guest relations team who assisted me through WhatsApp. I experienced an issue with the WC in my room, and although maintenance came twice at times when the washroom was busy, the staff handled the situation politely and professionally. Their attitude and willingness to help truly stood out, and I appreciate their efforts. Regarding breakfast, on the first day the options were limited, but the following days showed a clear improvement with better variety and quality. The staff in the restaurant were also very courteous and welcoming. Overall, the clean room, excellent staff, and supportive service made the stay pleasant. I would happily stay again and will recommend the hotel to others, inshā’Allah.

I had an amazing stay at Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel with my mother. Amazing staff who were very friendly, clean hotel, only a 2 minute walk to Masjid Al Nabawi. It was close to all shops, malls and dining spots. Ben Dawoud the famous supermarket, was just across the street. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip inshallah

My stay started off incredibly disappointing - of our 3 rooms, only one was ready. On check-in we were given 2 keys - told one room wasn’t ready and the third room was so unready we couldn’t even get the key yet. We were told the key would come up to our room (the top floor). After an hour of waiting (around 6pm) my elderly father was told his room was ready and that he would need to come back down to collect the key, despite reception saying it would be sent up. This was because they failed to photocopy his passport despite it being handed to them. Also, we specifically asked for the rooms to be together with plenty of notice. Despite this, one of the rooms was very far away (albeit on the same floor). I also requested 2 single beds in one of the 3 rooms over 2 weeks notice, this was not even acknowledge. Then there were other issues like a broken luggage rack that fell apart the second my dad popped his rucksack on it. Imagine if that was a heavy suitcase! The lighting control for the rooms was also odd, different by the room - with some rooms lights not turning off despite turning everything off and using the master switch button. Also the sink was massive and the tap was tiny!) and the lift often decided to stop 1 floor earlier and turn around! So, what were the pros? It’s so well situated (!) and the breakfast was great - but again poor CS with no flexibility having paid for 4 days breakfast realising we couldn’t make the fourth, there was no flexibility to change.
