Sate rude no bottle water to drink in the room. They cannot found my reservation. They have to get in touch with the second party. To find my reservation

The hotel is in need of renovation. Cleanliness standards are poor. Too many things either broken or not fully functional. No phone charging outlets. List very long but our experience in two separate rooms was similar. Front desk staff could do a better job
Location is great, right next to Masgid Nabawe. Property condition is good as well but cleanliness is an issue. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine right when we walked in. The bed, although it looked done, had long female hair on the sheets. There were no floor towels in the bathroom. Other than that, all is well.
Highly recommended there is a misconception that is nearer to the ladies side .. unfortunately this is not the case.. please book hotels on taiba front side for ladoes entrance. I would book this hotel again as you can see the green dome when walking to the masjid very convenient..and close to the other historical masjids but i struggled with food shops

I had a frustrating experience with the staff at the reception. They seemed unsure of what they were doing and mistakenly directed me to another one of their hotels. Upon arrival there, I was sent back to the original hotel. After a long wait and a lot of confusion, they finally managed to locate my reservation. Overall, the lack of organization and communication was disappointing.
I wouldn’t stay at this place ever again. People have already made several complaints about this hotel , yet nothing changes. It’s the same complaints.
No one comes to clean the room.
You have to beg for clean towels everyday and you would be surprised to get towels for all the booked persons in the room.
Hard to get toilet paper as well: lucky to get 1 roll per day.
Shower has cold water on top of us complaining. Warm water ran for only 15 minutes on day 1 and remained cold: no use complaining because nothing happens.
Not a wide range of breakfast buffet, they actually only give you 1 piece of tissue.
At check-in , I stood for almost 30 minutes because social conversations kept entertaining the reception person.
The only good part is location : 5 minutes to gate 320.
This might be the worst experience at a hotel. As a frequent traveler, the hotel should be rated more that 3/10. The check-in experience was terrible at all levels. I was over charged at check-in and I had to wait one day to get a refund. When entered the room, they were still working on it. There was no toilet paper nor towels. I had to go down to the reception more than 5 times to request the basic items. The room included only 4 beds and one bed was missing. It many calls and conversations to add one more bed (the reservation was for 5 people). The ratings of the hotel was 8.6 at the time of the reservation. This is absolutely false. The room restroom and beds are filthy. They smell horrible. I don't think beds covers have been washed for long time. Breakfast was not good. My kids refunded to east due to the concerns over health issues and cleanliness. The reservation was for 2 nights. I will definitely don't book this hotel again.
