The owners are delightful to talk with! They are very accommodating! I love seeing the views of Canada from my room, especially at night. The in was very quiet and peaceful!

It was a place to lay your head. The room just gave me a weird vibe. We had the king bed. No mattress cover, the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. The bathroom looked updated. The whole room needed a really good deep cleaning, not just a surface clean. The reviews said the restaurant down below was really good. We ate there and had the beef tip Alfredo and shrimp Alfredo. Very good portions, but the Alfredo sauce had no taste. So we were a little disappointed about that. The owners are very nice and friendly as well as our waitress. Just take note that there is no one on site 24/7 so make sure you have everything you need before the owners leave. The restaurant is only open from 4PM to 8PM.

While I understand the hotel being short staffed and needing to leave the key for me as I arrived late in the evening, the room was actually unlocked when I arrived. As there was absolutely no one else around when I got there, I was very anxious about going in, as I had no way of knowing if anyone was in the unlocked room. While it seemed highly unlikely, it was concerning to arrive to an unlocked door. Additionally, there was food still in the freezer and a partially used bar of soap in the shower.

The bed was good. Shower leaked and was wet when we got there, soap left in the shower tray. When I went back for the WiFi password no one was around when we checked in he knew my name cuz we were the only guest for the night the guy said everyone else canceled.
